Since 2005, Chris J. Foster has been involved in several areas of real estate including land acquisition, development, project management, marketing and sales. After honing his skills with a land development firm, Chris worked as a land and commercial broker for a successful local real estate brokerage. Desiring further growth, Chris opened PRIMESTREET Real Estate, LLC to offer comprehensive, “Client-focused services from the ground up.”

Since 2010 Chris has successfully brokered over $150,000,000.00 in sales. He attributes his success to creating and nurturing client relationships from day one. Building trust, listening to goals, and exceeding expectations are all part of Chris’ approach to helping his clients achieve the desired results. He works diligently to provide excellent negotiation services, market knowledge and maintains a vast network of contacts in the real estate industry.

Being a lifetime resident of the Puget Sound area has allowed Chris to absorb the pulse of the local real estate market and uncover opportunities for his clients. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Washington State University and is licensed in both Washington and Hawaii. He currently resides in Redmond with his wife and two daughters.
